Fronted by Motown diva Helen James who has been on the Motown circuit for over a decade and has opened for the likes of The Three Degrees, Boney M and The Real Thing.

We had the pleasure of 'The Detours' band at our televised British Par 3 Championship Gala Black Tie Event last year (2025). This event has professional golfers from all over the World attending and is hosted by Tony Jacklin former Ryder Cup Captain. Once on the stage from the very first song played everyone was on their feet dancing. The main singer of the band has a wonderful voice and several of the guests remarked about the standard of their professional set up. The band played all the floor fillers that keep people happy and we were very impressed, in fact we have booked them again for our normal events diary this year.
