Pop Doctors
Pop Doctors are a 7 piece covers band with a very diverse repertoire that ranges from the 1920s through to the present date - including Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee, to Rihanna and Aretha Franklyn and Earth, Wind and Fire, Cab Calloway and Louis Jordan, to Bruno Mars and Pharrell Williams.
Their line-up consists the usual rhythm section of guitar, bass, drums and keyboards, augmented with Latin percussion, soprano, alto tenor and baritone saxes, plus clarinet and flute, and ukelele, female and male vocals. They play gentle jazz, latin and easy listening, to provide background music in a small intimate restaurant or lounge, through to a full on dance and party night at a larger venue.
