Some of our venues have Swing Lunch live entertainment events at least once a month, with a set menu, on a weekday, with experienced performers singing from 1pm - 3pm. They typically cover songs from yesteryear - Swing, ABBA, Rock 'N' Roll, 60s, 70s etc. One way of marketing these events is to send emails and mail posters/flyers to care homes and assisted living places that are close by, they often organise a mini bus and bring lots of people to the event. We create these promo posters and they are typically tailored to include the meal price and deal. You can also pin the poster up in your venue and post the jpg on social media. Some venues have smaller portions for these set menus.
